At Downriver Vent Solutions LLC, we take pride in delivering thorough, high-quality work.

 

Our Workmanship Guarantee: If you notice an issue related to our cleaning or installation within 30 days of service, contact us immediately. We will return to inspect and re-service the vent line at no additional cost to you.

Refund Requests: Because our service involves non-refundable labor and equipment operation, cash or credit card refunds are generally not offered once service is completed and verified with airflow testing. If an issue cannot be resolved through a re-service visit, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the owner.

 

Deposits & Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time.
